This Privacy Policy explains how Dukelon ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects the personal information of visitors to our website, in accordance with Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25) and Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Who We Are

Dukelon is a creative studio based in Lévis, Québec, Canada. We are responsible for the personal information we hold and have appointed Félix-Antoine Leduc as Privacy Officer, who can be reached at [email protected].

Information We Collect

We collect only the personal information necessary for the purposes described below. This includes information submitted via the "Start a project" page form (name, email, project details), and anonymized usage data through analytics cookies when you give your consent.

Purposes of Collection

We collect your contact details solely to respond to your inquiry. Analytics data is used to improve the content and performance of this site. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies in two categories:

  • Strictly necessary cookies are essential for the site to function and are placed without consent.
  • Analytics cookies (PostHog) are placed only with your prior, explicit consent and collect anonymized data on how visitors use the site.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share it with service providers acting strictly on our behalf (e.g., email delivery, analytics). Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for a maximum of 24 months or until the purpose is fulfilled. Analytics data is retained for 12 months. Cookie consent records are kept for 13 months. You may request deletion at any time.

Under Québec Law 25 and PIPEDA, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your personal information.
  • Withdraw your consent to the collection or use of your information.
  • Lodge a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (CAI) if you believe your rights have been violated.
